Service Description
This is a 2 hour class for full body strengthening. It includes: * 50 mins of pranayams with meditation- (10 types) * Sukshma Vyayam for upper body and lower body * Complete face yoga * Diabetic asans * Thyroid asans * Back asans * Hip openers * Core strengthening asans * Some dands and baithaks * Some of the sequences : SuryaNamaskars, ChandraNamaskars, VishuAsan Sequence, Pragna Sequence, Standing asans sequence, Yogic jogging, etc. This class gets tougher with time and has been intentionally designed that way, so that weaker adults can do the first one and half hour to move everything and leave the session when they feel exhausted or tired, and healthier adults can continue till the end of the session.
